I know someone
Who speaks in riddles
Got tall tales to tell
Got time to spit
Got nothing to give
I smell the jasmine and my head spins
When it's all done
Where have I been
Will you find me?
I can't be here
anymore
please

///The Afternoon///
Stiff wind blows
Shatters the bottle that held my flower
I'm staring at the broken glass
Water drips down
I take a walk down the street
No one walks there, really
I do, though
And another hour has gone by in another day
And I love it
Shatters the bottle that held my flower
I'm staring at the broken glass
Water drips down
I take a walk down the street
No one walks there, really
I do, though
And another hour has gone by in another day
And I love it

Drone In The Back of My Mind
Listening to a Scottish guitar play its drone
Wandering through a dark place, lead by its hand
Wondering what comes next
Imagining what might be
Dreaming of a deep deep sleep

Northern Sky In June
Warm haze
Brings thoughts to mind
of decay
of things lost
I'm feeling now
color
How does that happen
Make me melt
Float away

Tea With The Moon
I was dreaming
Swilling from a broken glass
Clarity of mind and depth of soul
Honored and kept throughout
Born to break hearts
Jump cracks in the sidewalks
Through the branches of trees
Through the blades of grass
Was I not dreaming, sipping tea with the Moon?
